As a Green Party candidate I expect there will be little or no media coverage or even mention of my campaign. The media will pretend I don’t exist or make critical comments (that is their job). I have to rely on supporters to hand out business cards to achieve some name recognition and awareness. This can be surprisingly effective because even very brief personal contact is much better than a media advertizement. Also, please tell other people that you intend to vote for me for me, Kevin McCormick, for Lieutenant Governor of Texas.

Texas law prohibits anonymous campaign contributions, contributions from corporations or labor organizations (including organizations with a corporate owner or member), contributions from foreign nationals, and cash contributions over $100. Please complete the fields in the donations form so I have the required information.

Texas Ethics Commission rules require that all electronic contributions are itemized in the reports that candidates must file. If contributions are made by check or money order sent in the mail, then only contributions over $110 during the filing period (Jan 1 – June 30) must be itemized, which includes full name, address, and contribution amount. For contributions over $1140 during the filing period, job title and employer information is also required. If you do not want your personal information to be included in campaign finance reports, then contribute less that $110 in total by check or money order mailed to:
